i love walking. i really think it is the best thing for weight loss, and you don't even need to go to the gym to do it. so maybe so some gym time and some walking/calisthenics or something?

Ok,so i need your guys help, I want to spend about 1 hour in the gym at a time (people at the uni gym are v on the ball about EDs, they've restricted 2 girls and 3 guys because of suspected EDs) and I want to get maximum benifit from my time. So what do you girls think? What are your secret gym weapons?
