So i have been on the abc diet for about 2 weeks now and i have only lost about 3-4 lbs ... ive been kinda upset about it but today i was doing pretty well until my mom called me ... now im about 5'1 and my cw is 138 ... so anyway my mom called me and shes about 5'6 and she was going on about how she just lost a good amount of weight and shes down to 138 .... now she doesnt know about my ED and she doesnt know my cw ... but i thought i was doing pretty well and idk ... now im just really upset and i just want to purge ... but ive never done it before and idk if thatll even help me .... PLEASE HELP GIRLS im going crazy and idk wut to do .... sorry for the rant but im just so depressed right now ...

Don't ever purge, cause it hurts in so many ways and once you get into that cycle, its hard to break.

The ABC diet lasts for 50 days so you might just have t plug on for longer and see drastic results. GIve it another 10 days and drink green tea-seriously it really flushes you out. For maximum benifits, add a slice of lemon. Even if it doesnt flush you, 3 cups of green tea a day speeds up your metabolism.
