Goal Weights and Plans
I think we should start out with a short introduction and our goal weights. Also, add how you plan on getting there. Throw in your LJ name.

I'm not sure how I'm going to get there yet. Nothing I have been doing lately has been very effective and I'm looking forward to reading what you girls are up to.

HW=190lbs(blegh)
LW=I dont know, I never had scales in the skinny days.
CW=149.4lbs(raah.)
GW1=140lbs
GW2=120lbs
GW3=104lbs
UGW=90lbs(though, I know that'll change as soob as I get there).
How I plan on getting there? Doing whatever it takes really I suppose. Whatever I feel like I should do, I'll do, added together with a LOT of working out.

LOL no, I'm glad you posted this! The Goal Weight thread is somewhat an Introductions thread, but this is absolutely fine, too!

to do this im going to restrict under 700 cals this week (coz of exams) and 400 cals next week and go to the gym 5 days a week.

This is probably the most annoying thing anyone could ask, but... I weigh approximately 145lbs and I'm 5'5. This week I plan on only consuming 665 calories (week total, not daily total) varying the intake each day to keep my metabolism guessing. I'll also be getting light activity, but nothing too strenuous because I haven't restricted this strictly in about a month. How much do you think I could lose?

I've decided my new ulitmate weight is 112. Maybe even 105. We'll see.
