			<description>hey girls ... since i started my abc diet its really hard for me at the gym ... i do gym classes that are about an hour long and i just feel so dead when im working out .. i cant really keep up and im kinda weak .. is there anything i can drink before to boost my energy that doesnt have a lot of calories... or is there a better work out i can do that burns a lot of calories but doesnt tire me out so much? let me know thanks ladies   </description>
