		<description>hey girls ... since i started my abc diet its really hard for me at the gym ... i do gym classes that are about an hour long and i just feel so dead when im working out .. i cant really keep up and im kinda weak .. is there anything i can drink before to boost my energy that doesnt have a lot of calories... or is there a better work out i can do that burns a lot of calories but doesnt tire me out so much? let me know thanks ladies   </description>

		<description>so im new to this board and not sure im even doing this right but here goes.  ive been a member of the PA waiting room for almost a year and it has helped a lot so hopefully this will too!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;sunday 04-27-08&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Organic Orange juice: 65 cals&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hash browns: 140&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 Egg: 60&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Total: 265 so far and its only 9 am! but i have to work till 5 so i just wont eat again and maybe eating this early will boost my metabolism.  What do you guys think?</description>

You look and you say, ok the green M&amp;amp;Ms, they're MINE. They belong to ME,but they are the only ones.
